A progress review workshop was held today at the BKMEA Dhaka Office to evaluate the ongoing joint project between BKMEA and Ipas Bangladesh.

The session was presided over by Mr. Minhazul Hoque, Director of BKMEA. Dr. Ziaul Ahsan, Project Director, Ipas Bangladesh and Mr. Mohammed Zainol Abedin, Program Manager of the Field Service Delivery Unit, DGFP also attended the event.

A total of 22 representatives from 11 participating factories joined the workshop, actively sharing their insights and feedback on the project’s progress and impact.

BKMEA and Ipas Bangladesh jointly working to raise awareness on family planning among workers in 11 member factories as well as in a BKMEA‑operated health care center.

The initiative aims to enhance workers’ well‑being and promote sustainable workforce management through better family planning and health practices.
