BKMEA President Mohammad Hatem recalled the contributions of late Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia to the RMG sector and prayed for the eternal peace of her departed soul.

He made these remarks today (5 January) while speaking at a Memorial and Doa Mahfil held at Hotel InterContinental in Dhaka.

The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Bangladesh organized the Doa Mahfil in remembrance of Begum Khaleda Zia.

Among the senior leaders of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) the Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Standing Committee Member Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury and Dr. Abdul Moyeen Khan were present at the event

Special prayers were offered seeking Jannah for the departed soul of the late Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia.

Prominent business leaders from BGMEA, BTMA, FBCCI, LFMEAB, BIA, DCCI, FBCCI, MCCI, BAPI, FICCI, ABB, BAB, BCI, CCCI, BSIA, BCMA were present at the event.
